Hello, my name is Caroline Sutton MA, MBACP

For some people the decision to seek counselling can be a difficult and daunting prospect. The best way to start is to simply telephone or email me to arrange an introductory session, where we would explore the issues that you are having difficulty with and discuss how we might work together. It is important for you to feel comfortable and safe in your choice of therapist. Should you decide not to continue beyond the introductory session, your wishes would be respected.

Fees: Euro 60.00 per 50 minute session for Individuals / Euro 90.00 per 80 minute session for Couples.

Location: My office is situated in Fonte Santa which is close to Quarteira, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil and easily accessed from the EN125 and junction 12 of the A22.
